| Book a Tee Time
Online Tee Times
Ute Creek golfers may now reserve a tee time through our new online reservation system. To do so, you will need to create a profile containing the following information:
- Email Address
- Password (6-13 characters)
- First and Last Name
- Home Phone
- Credit Card Number & Expiration Date
Once your profile has been created, you can easily access the reservation system using your email address and password.

Online Reservation Policies:
- Online tee time reservations are accepted up to 10 days in advance.
- Only one tee time can be booked at a time.
- A maximum of 2 tee times can be booked per customer and credit card number.
- On weekends and holidays, April through September, 9-hole reservations are limited to approximately the first hour of the day and after 1:00 p.m. Golfers who wish to reserve a 9-hole tee time between approximately 7:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. may be charged the 18-hole rate.
- Cancellations or changes to your reservation must be made 24 hours in advance of your tee time and must be made by phone at 303-774-4342. If you fail to cancel a reservation, your credit card may be charged for any tee times reserved and not used.
- Confirmations of your tee time reservation will be sent by email. Tee time cancellations will also be confirmed by email.
- Ute Creek Golf Course reserves the right to cancel or modify any reservation not adhering to these policies.
- Your credit card will not be charged when you book a tee time.
- If your credit card is used during the booking process, you will be notified before hand.
Reservations in person or by phone:
Golfers may still reserve tee times, in person or by phone a maximum of seven days in advance; i.e., call no earlier than Saturday for the next Saturday's play. Reservations are accepted beginning at the following time:
April through September - 6:00 pm
October through March - 4:00 pm
Reservations for tee times are accepted for one to four players; however, foursomes will be filled before starting play whenever possible.
On weekends and holidays, April through September, 9-hole reservations are limited to the first hour of the day or after 1:00 pm. Golfers who wish to reserve a 9-hole tee time between 7:00 am and 1:00 pm may be charged the 18-hole rate.
